Salad
This is a delicious and easy salad which takes little time and is a great meatless main course. It uses beets, goat cheese, candied walnuts and baby greens.
Great for leftover Thanksgiving turkey! I threw it together and decided to write down the measurements. Everyone loved it! For a kick add more jalapeno pepper!

Sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and a spicy tomatillo cilantro sauce makes a delicious salad dressing you could also use as a dip.
